The session normally starts offwith a half-mile run to the nearest park (warm up) followed by an all over body stretch, then moves on to warm up the body a bit more. After this students will be doing a circuit-style work out. This will be structured as follows :
Sessions are run on the basis that students simply do their best to achieve results using Terry's structured circuit-style method.
