And because Terry is monitoring what you're doing, he will constantly adjust your workouts to maximise the benefits for the time spent.
Terry is a fully-qualified Personal Trainer and Martial Arts Teacher, having taught for many years at prestigious clubs such as The Harbour Club Chelsea and Notting Hill, David Lloyds and L.A. Fitness among many others.
Terry can devise a tailor-made personal programme for clients interested in Martial Arts or all-round Fitness.
You'll start with an initial consultation to assess your current state of health and define your fitness goals - lose weight, improve posture or simply get fitter. This gives you an agreed starting point, and also a benchmark against which to measure your progress. Your personal training programme will be changed regularly, not only for variety, but also to allow for continued progression.
Terry trains clients 5 days a week and often starts at 06.15 a.m. in Battersea Park, London and usually finishes around 2 p.m.
